Just noticed another possible bug in the price calculation. I manually added a product from alpha which is set to case pricing. Markup is showing as 210% which is not what I have in my tier markup setting.

Also notice that the text says "Piece", it should say "Case". However, the cost price displayed is OK

I have noticed another bug in the bulk discount feature.

If you copy your line item to create the next line item. The discount column will display 0% discount. It will only update itself after you have saved the quote

Another Bug:

look at my quote 363663. I have overridden the price but the if you download order or view as customer you will see the old price. My guess is this is happening because I am marking up the price instead of marking down

Hello Deco Team,

I have used the new shipping enhancement feature in the overview screen and I am not really impressed with. It needs some improvement

1. Why does it download a .zip file even if I choose individual file option
2. It doesn't allow me to process UPS shipments
3. I am not seeing the email dialog box so I am not sure if the customer is getting the shipment notification

I think if it would just open the original shipping dialog box it would have been much better and lot simpler also and I think that was the original request

Hi

is anyone else having issues opening and saving orders, it has happened a few times today when you try to open an order it comes up with system error and also when saving orders it constantly hangs when calculating shipping charges and tax charges

Right on point, exactly one month after the beta was released, how I know? Becouse that's when I got charged from Deco, the 26th here in America, (the 27th in Australia), also I was kicked out of Beta, and now it has been released to the public, and I'm still in the old version, I'm that special to you guys? If so why you guys never misses to charged me? B)

I'm not sure I'm following? As a subscription service clients are charged each month.

Beta is not a guaranteed access. We grant access based on the release, items tested, companies that fit the profile to test the items we need tested, and in particular we look for active users taking live orders.

As noted above the update can take 24 hours.

Been subscribed for almost 4 years... trust me I KNOW THAT! :speechless:

I had been in the Beta program for over 3 years and this is the first time I got excluded it, what is different now? Your guarantee terms? :grin:

Thanks for the 7.2 release. My most favorite release so far for business hub. Case pricing and tier based markup has been extremely helpful.

Now lets get started queuing things up for 7.3

Is it possible to get on the new version, when you add a free-form item to not have FREE_FORM - Item name and description show up on the invoice? Remove the FREE_FORM?
