DecoNetwork is upgrading its server hardware and moving to a new data center. These changes will allow for the continued expansion and provision of world class solutions for the apparel decoration industry into the future.
Custom domain names mapped to a legacy DecoNetwork server require URGENT changes to their DNS records to migrate to the new data center. The changes must be completed by Saturday October 5, as after that date, it won’t be possible to access DecoNetwork sites via custom domain names until they are updated.
We will be sending out email notices within the next day or so to any accounts with domains pointing to legacy servers. We recommend making the change as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted access to your sites. For more details and instructions, visit the related help article:

Can you please forward copy of the article relating to the urgent DNS changes - clicking the link takes me to a page which is states that we are not authorised to access.
Is there a quick way to verify that our custom urls are pointing to the new servers? I made the changes to the DNS records. However, I would like to verify that I did everything necessary.
It has been a while since I have had to edit DNS records. Thx in advance.
Hernan:
If you already updated the IP and you're not seeing a change it may be taking time for your domain provider to make the change. You can always check with them for support to make sure the DNS change has been submitted correctly.
Mark:
Normally you would edit existing entries to point to the new address. If you instead added new entries, then you should delete the old ones.
Thanks Cris. Also, it looks like at one time or another, we were instructed to add an A record with the name deconetwork that pointed to 66.135.58.20
Should we delete this as well?
Hi matrixdemoda, appreciate the feedback. We won't be making further data center changes at this time however the change we have already made gives us more flexibility to continue expanding our servers and capacity over time. If you are experiencing any issues with speed or access to the system feel free to raise a support ticket to look into it further.
