Unless you are personally involved with the case and/or the parties citied, why would you wish it would clear up on any particular sides favour when the matter is still before the courts?

My personal involvement is the same as yours, I just want to believe in his innocence as he says he is, I don't wish anyone including you to be in this kind of situation been innocent, if he is not... then justice will prevail.
