CSS or Advanced page management

CSS or Advanced page management was created by Artwork
Hi, which is the best option to customise my website front end please?
The advanced page management option does not give enough information about what you actually get for your extra money?
What are the widgets?
Can the whole site be customised much like a wordpress theme?

Hi KR,

Customizing a DN website is really in two forms:

1. Adjust page widgets with Page Manager
2. Customizing the CSS and HTML.

Widgets are straight forward and let you turn on and off, plus adjust settings of widgets.

For real theme customizing you need to adjust the CSS and HTML as you would with WordPress, Joomla and other platforms.

Here is a video which outlines how to customize the front-end of DN

This let's to get sites like garmentprinting.com.au or tshirtplus.com.au .

Hi, Many thanks. So to get front end sites like the ones you mentioned then we only need to enable the CSS/HTML option?
What are the 'widgets' exactly? I know what a widget is but what functions do they perform? it would be handy to see what is available before paying for it, the information given out is very restricted.
many thanks

Enabling CSS and HTML lets you edit the code to get a custom layout as per the examples I gave you.

This help article help.deconetwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/1...425268-Website-Pages gives an overview of website pages. It shows how you configure widgets as as the items in the 'Body settings' section.

Configuring each one allows you to change how they display such as thumbnail size, layout, etc.

You can turn them on and off as well..
