CC Orders

6 months 1 week ago #18497 by Valrie
Does anyone know if I can manipulate my order template in order to send a copy of my orders to an email different from the customer email address?.

I would appreciate any help I can get.

If I understand correctly, you want to CC EVERY order to one of your own accounts?

If so, it's quite easy. Just go to your email template setup. For each email form, you can add bcc.

Thanks for your response Tommy, however, I want to CC only orders from a specific store.

Can this be done?

I don't think so, I would raise a ticket.

Hi Tommy,

Thank you so much for responding to my post, as a matter of fact after I respond to your comment I did raise a ticket and I was told that what I am requesting cannot be done.

I am thinking however, that this should be an option in the order template. Maybe an "if statement" at the company name in the template, this would specify the store for which the cc should apply and the email address to which the cc should go.

Just a thought since a client inquire about it.
