DecoNetwork 8 - Fixed Header Not Working [Solved]

2 weeks 5 hours ago - 2 weeks 4 hours ago #21222 by margin_mattk
Hi, I'm having issues with the Fixed Header on me DN8 website.

I have the "Keep header visible when the page scrolls down" option selected under the "Fixed Header" setting in Page Options, but my header is scrolling with the page as normal. I tried switching back and forth between "Keep header visible" and "Scroll the header", but no matter the option, the header still scrolls with the page.

Is there something else that I am missing?

I had to add:
<div class="dn-large-header-fixed-container dn-behaviour" data-behaviour="fixedHeader">
to my custom HTML.

Hi Greg, it's okay I got it working. I'm using custom HTML and that part was missing. I found another DN8 site that had the fixed header working and used the code from there.

I'm still in the process of making it nice and neat (rearranging the header stuff so it's smaller on scroll) so it's still pretty messy at the moment.

No problems..

Shout out of you I can help you with anything.
Also , hope your are liking the new editor , assuming you are a web developer/designer so have experience with other platforms.

Cheers,
Greg

Will do, thanks Greg. Yes I am a web developer. I'm enjoying working with the builder, it's pretty flexible. There have been some niggles, but I've been bringing them to your attention as I find them (as you can tell from my topic list).

I was very pleased with the results of my fixed header.
