Is there a way to limit garment colour availability for a product other than duplicating the product / setting up the production method specific to that garment code?

Possibly  We've bought "a baby" DTG that's good for white's & pastels but not darks, so it sounds right

Best way to achieve this ,

Go to your decoration processes, under dtg you will see a ljnk called Smart Select Rules. open this.
From here you can tick the color types DTG supports ( White , light , dark).

This will go through and apply that process for these colors types ( not each color has a set color type).

Cheers,
Greg

Hi,

If you go into your admin.
Go to decoration processes and expand the options inthe left treeview for the process you want to filter , you will see an option Smart Select Rules, click this.

The top area will allow you to specify color types availbale for process.

Example link is something like "Ur Site URL"/manage/catalogs/process_selection_rules/DTG
