Converting files to EMB

Converting files to EMB was created by Paladin
I'm just getting started both in Deco and my shop, where I'm embroidery only.  I will likely have several posts coming over the next few weeks, picking brains an learning for others experiences.  Today's offering:

What is your native software and what are you using to convert to EMB?

I use Melco's DesignShop, and Wilcom's TrueSizer Pro.  For 90% of my sew-files TrueSizer works fine; It's the 10% that are over 15 colors-changes that are at issue.  I first convert my OFM (Melco's native format) to DST then open the files in TrueSizer.  I set the colors in TrueSizer and save in EMB.  Even if the original DST has more than 15 colors, that is where the colorway stops, then it repeats the colorway; color 16 = color 1, 17=2 etc.  Does anyone know a workaround for this limitation?  Or use some other conversion software.
