Shipping emails to customer

Shipping emails to customer was created by scoobylyn
Is there a way I can turn this off?

When using business hub I work from the overview page. After marking the order produced it won't disappear from overview until I mark it shipped. Is there a way of adding a ready to collect option which will email the client in the same way as shipped?

Hope this makes sense.

if you go in to your shipping template email & do a duplicate
call it collect
change details to your it's ready to collect blurb
change / add postage method of collect
mark anything posted collect to use that email template instead
