Hi just checking if any of you have a system in place to request reviews by customers. At the moment i'm manually doing it through "note to customer" once per week a week after delivery/pick-up of their order.
Once done DecoNetwork will add any customers from DN to Zoho. Within Zoho you can set up automated rules that when a new customer record is made it will automatically send them an email. In fact, you can make a series of emails sending over a period of time. i.e.
Day 1: A thank you email with request to give a rating
Day 10: A "Follow us on Facebook" email
Day 30: A coupon code go get 5% off their next purchase.
It really lets you automate some marketing which happens quietly in the background while you are busy printing tees!
Can you maybe create some video tutorial how we can use ZOHO whit Deconetwork? (Like what can you do whit help of ZOHO) I have Zoho Integration turn on but i struggle to use all the data that the Zoho gets from Deco.
A video would be great, also as you can automate emails over a period of time, it would be a good idea to have a start date on the coupon codes rather than just the expire date.
What do we think would be the best outcome.........?
Google places review / fb review / on site review / external review (Trustpilot / foxrate etc) ??
If it's external how about Deco look to do a sensible priced deal for their customers with the providers?
I'd be happy with Google, I'd be resdonably ok with fb, I'd be really happy with a ramped up C & a request follow up / feedback automation system, I'd be keen on D but not at the £200 per month trustpilot wants!!!!
