I have just upgraded to v 7 beta and very happy overall with the improvements thanks.
The one thing that we have been waiting on though was the new mobile responsive theme, but the new "clean square" theme doesn't appear to offer this functionality. I have been talking with my developer and he has advised that he needs access to the full html to be able to add bootstrap. What is the process to allow this to happen to get a mobile responsive site?
Thanks Matt for starting this post! I am overdue to give an update.
Some of you are aware of what's coming with DecoNetwork 7 and afterwards through various posts in the forum so good to summarise here.
Zhen touched on some of the limitations in the current framework and with DecoNetwork 7 we had to work within these but want to release a new theme and semi-responsive design. By semi-responsive we mean the designer is not responsive for reasons Zhen touched on it. It's just not designed for it.
So with this in mind we have a secondary project to do a complete re-write of our theme framework and designer as two separate projects to allow more flexibility over the layout.
I hope to show you the new theme next week I'll use this post as the main thread for this topic now.
