Adding live chat to your website

Hi Guys,

I came across a live chat client that can be added to your Deconetwork website for free! Its just a small piece of code added to your html and you can start interacting with your clients right away! Check out www.tawk.to/

They have a great dashboard so you can manage/track all your conversations. they are currently in beta and so are their iphone/android apps.
You can have as many chat agents as you want on as many websites as youd like!

This looks great. I'm going to try it out. Love the support for multiple sites and even pages.

This is Beautiful. I've been using various live chats for 5 years now (I don't use the phone, so it helps alleviate that a little)

My current chat thing's free version only allows one chat at a time, which is usually fine, but it means I have to 'leave' and 'enter' chats a lot and that's awkward.

I want to see if I can set Tawk up like this:
blog.intercom.io/live-chat-modern-messaging/

Call it messaging instead of live chat, and set the expectation of a reply to be minutes, not seconds.....

I don't think setting it up like intercom is working quite yet, but they say they are adding a 'ticketing' system which could help.

I turned on a proactive trigger that starts a chat with people automatically after 60 seconds on the site. Had 4 chats in an hour and one sale. I could do that full time, but then I wouldn't get anything done!! Hmm....

Well thats great to hear that a sale has come from it, that's brilliant! Hopefully one of many more! Have you thought about adopting the no sleep method, it's where you sell all day and print all night...? :P

That's cool, have you tried their phone app?

I notice this thread is older.
Is everyone still using Zendesk chat feature or tawk.to?

We were using tawk.to but disabled it as it wasn't getting used
