Now you can reset the password for them in Business Hub and let them know the temp password. Once they log in they can choose their own. We need to change how this works and when you click 'Forget Password' sent a reset email to the registered email. But for now you can implement the above which will prevent the passwords being sent in plain text.
Hi Brenden, just wondering if there is an update on this? I get quite a few of customers angry at getting their password sent via email, but I don't have the time to manually send them temporary passwords like in the workaround above. Thanks, Niki
