Widget - Advanced - Custom Classes

Widget - Advanced - Custom Classes was created by Ellis
Having trouble getting a custom class to work.

The goal is to have heading text for a specific widget blink. I have created a custom CSS class, referenced in the Advanced -> Class setting for the widget, and published the site changes - but the class reference does not seem to be included in the output HTML for the widget.

Have found the fix and include the information here for others....

It does not seem you can apply this type of CSS effect to the Heading since the H1 ect... definitions override the class definitions.

After close inspection and several hours :-) I found the class definition in the dn- style settings but they had no effect.

Solution: Do not use a Heading widget but rather a TEXT widget instead. You can then use the Advanced->class setting.

Hi ,

Be good to clarify this one .. reply from one of the devs.

"The classes added under Widget > Advanced > Custom Classes are applied against the "dn-widget" DIV so the correct declaration should've been:
.kp-blinking h2
{ animation:blikingText 3.0s infinite; }"
