SPF records is the problem - apparently we need a Pikiware SPF record (guessing to match to Deco) and because it doesn't match our domain it ends up getting bounced, if you're lucky it goes to trash otherwise it just bounces (but doesn't notify you there's a problem
If you can send me an example of when this has happened.
With the offending email that went to spam , click the email , and there will be an option "how original".
If we could get the full text copied from that , we can investigate what is happening further.
I believe I have the SPF records set up properly, I've got the green box that says Valid SPF record.
But it's the Deco generated emails, the ones with all the numbers that seem to be the ones that don't get through.
