Hi Richard, every DecoNetwork site sends critical information over https, you may notice sites that don't have SSL enabled on their default domain switch to the secure-decoration.com domain at login or at checkout.
While we offer the ability to enable a free SSL certificate for custom domains, service we use requires authentication which prevents us from generating free wildcard certificates for global store domains. Only individual domains added as as "custom" can request a free SSL certificate. If you're using a global store domain and want to enable SSL for the site you can do so by changing the default system domain to something else and adding the desired one back in as a custom domain; this will allow you to request a free SSL certificate for the domain.
Your subdomain narpo.stitchandprint.co.uk could be added as a custom domain from the Domain Settings page for the store. You need to free up that domain first though, hence the first step of editing the system domain and either changing the prefix or choosing one of the fre deco-*** domains. Once the system is no longer using the narpo.stitchandprint.co.uk address, you can add it under the custom domain field. NOTE: I was going to record a video for you but was unable to because your domain wildcard record is pointing to an old DecoNetwork ip address. You need to update the record to the current IP address: 184.108.40.206
In order to best assist you, I'll need a screenshot of your current DNS settings for your stitchandprint.co.uk domain. According to your domain provider's help site, these are the steps to get to the DNS settings page:
Log in to your LCN account.
Click Domains and select Manage next to the domain.
Click Edit DNS Settings.
You may want to submit the screenshot as a support ticket instead of posting it here.
