Has anyone else had issues with customers not checking the check box when filling out personalization? I we have many customers who don't check the box but enter in a name and then not paying for the personalization. It takes time to track them down to see if they want the personalization and then having to refill them for it. Is there a setting that I am missing?
May be wrong but as far as I am aware there is not away of doing this apart from setting the default to "name required" . I set my price and description to name included, have an option to remove if not required and just put a negative price in the option to remove from total if name not required, which is not the best way of doing this but I find this works better. I would like to see a smarter options system which as customers select an options this triggers another option to appear.
example if they select add name the name box would then show.
