I can't understand why a sales rep would not get quote approved email. Only I as an admin receive that email and have to forward it to the sales person it belongs to. Can you please make this change so the sales person also gets this email. Infact, he/she should get all emails and notes and internal notes and customer comments regarding his/her order.
One more thing on the same issue. Where can I modify the quote approval email that is generated when the quote is approved. If we don't have access to that template, can you please add the following information(in red) to the template
Customer: Allen Lyon Sales Assign: Ruth
Order amount: $550.00
Terms: Net 30
I as an Admin received the below message. I am not working with this customer and I not the sales rep on this order. The actual sales person never gets this message. So every time I get it I have to figure out who the sales person is and then forward them customers message. So actually I have become sales persons personal assistant. The only other option for me to fix this is to make everyone an admin. Please fix this
