Change Log

We are a new Enterprise customer. We are going to have multiple people working on the development based on their area of expertise. Does DecoNetwork maintain a history or change log? This will allow me (Director) to track what was done. My hope is to be able to manage the progress and trace any actions that may have caused a problem.

Hi Frank,

It depends on what you are looking at.

For orders, go to the History / Notes tab for the order in business hub.

For product configs, go to View Audit Log on the products page in Admin.

For website changes, press the View Audit Log button (bottom right) in the website editor for the site you are interested in.

Hi Adam,

for product configs unfortunately there is no deep dive possible regarding what has been amended/changed on the product.  (eg. price changed from xxx to yyy)

Are there any plans in place to change this in the near future?  Also it may come in helpful to revert back to previous status after a change has been made.
