Deco Sync with Quickbooks onllne is creating multiple account in QBO

In Deco when we create a new contact for a company then QB sync creates a new account in QB online version. This was not an issue when we were syncing with QB desktop.

The way Quickbooks creates a new contact for the same company is by adding some numbers at the end of display name for example:
Arc Construction
Arc Construction (1234)
Arc Construction (9876)

For some of my accounts I have 6-7 different accounts in Quickbooks. This not only will blow up my accounts list in QB but makes it very difficult for us to do certain task in QB for example.
Sales by company report 
Open company balance report

Please look into this issue as this has become a nightmare for us. I am constantly busy merging accounts
