who makes the customer orders and ships to them

i was wondering when you set up a site and a customer buys a product does the person who set up the site have to make the items themself and ship to the customer or does someone else make the products and ship to the customers?

The fulfillment center is the company who prints and ships the items. If you have created an affiliate store, any orders that come through your store are fulfilled by the fulfillment center above you.

so that means someone else does the shipping and printing for me
