Abandon Cart

I would LOVE if I can cancel an abandoned cart without sending an email to the customer. I have had a few people abandon their cart and then place another order and I don't want to send an email saying their order was cancelled when it really wasn't.

If this is already in place, please tell me where to fix it on my system!

I agree that the automatic emails can be confusing and annoying. Seems like they could be canceled by default if someone places an order. As a workaround, in mine I state: "If you've already talked to me and we've set up a quote then there's no need to worry, you received this message in error and everything we've discussed is all set."
