Read Receipts for Shipped E-Mails

We've had a few customers say they haven't recieved the "Order Shipped" email. A read receipt would be great so we can then know if our salesman needs to follow up and notify them that their order is complete and ready for pickup.

100% YES! Also, this should be on all correspondences. I have lots of customers say they never got a quote / invoice or payment reminder, etc. Something in black and white that confirms they did would end a lot of disputes very quickly.
