There really should be a way to for a customer on the front store/website to easily sort products by price/name/brand and set some filter options
like colour / size / product type etc. etc.
Please vote because this is a major problem now in the current Front Store
We really need an easy way to link people from the same company together!
We have multiple contacts within some companies, shared designs, accounts etc.
Would be great when you can add multiple customers to 1 company / account since we are dealing with bigger company's with different sales people who are doing business with us. So when a email is being sent that an order is produced can be sent to not 1 but more email addresses so the corresponding sales member to that certain production order is notified directly instead that he needs to hear that from the contact person who is attached to the business hub customer account.
Would it be possible to make provision for adding more than one email address when adding a customer to the system as many of our clients have multiple email addresses?
Need Dynamic Filters sitewide for customers. Would also need the ability to fully customize the attributes and refinements (size, color, brand, etc.).
It would be great to see better search options implemented. Here are a few I think would be great:
1. Search by garment color
2. Search by garment size
3. Search price range (Ex: $9 - $12)
4. Search by print method
Please update the apparel catalog so it is searchable by brand and the produt brand is viewable by customers.
This inforamation comes directly from the partners Deco downloads all catalog information from, is already searchable within the back-end product selector. Please use the technology you already have in place so we can offer the same opportunity to our customers (as expected by them).
At this time you have a blog instructing your users how to manually build our own directory structures which takes hours and hours instead of taking your time to build the directory structure one time and provide search capabilities at a minimum of industry standard.
Customers are very brand centric and will go elsewehere if they can't find what they want.
plz add ability to upload images to internal notes...
Add support for filters (by color, size, frabric, brand, price, etc.) on catergory/product listing pages.
If we upload an .emb file we should be able to change the colors of the artwork based on the thread pallet used. This is only available for a picture file that needs to be digitized. Why can't it work for an actual wilcom file? The colors used should also print on the production worksheet.
We need all colors used to print on the production worksheet... this is what we give to the production team and they end up coming back to us to clarify the visual picture is a certain color.
Would be AWESOME if we could view order due dates in a regular calendar view, shown either by order number or order name.
I don't know about anyone else, but I know that schduling using a list view is extremely annoying, however having a calendar view would make things MUCH simpler. You could even go a step further allowing us to integrate this with our google calendar (or your preferred calendar) so we can combine order dates with dates people are booked off and shipment dates, etc.
I think DN would benefit a better search filter/attribute option in the left hand column, where customers can quickly drill-down to the garment they are looking for from a particular category (e.g search by gender, price, colour, size, brand etc etc).
This ones simple.
Create a 'Brand' category that automatically categorizes products by the assigned brand (Custom, Smat Slect, or Manually added)
To take it a step further, allow Deco Users to assign subcategories withing brands.
I'll settle for just brands for now, as thats all we have time to manually categorize anyways.
My new DecoNetwork website is great but is missing a major component. End users want to seach by brand and to filter by price range (low $ to high $).
With the current backend system, the only way to allow end users to search by brand (i.e. Anvil, Next Level, etc) is if I manually go into my backend system and individually categorize each sku one-by-one. I have over 4,000 skus on my site and absolutely do not have the time to set that up, nor to manage it if new products are added.
Also, there is currently no ability to let end users sort results by price range.
I would like to see function where the text can be set as mask. i sell i lot of shirts with leopard, tiger pattern text etc. or a photo in text.
Now the customer needs some photoshop skills or the store owner have to do the work. Would be great if the customer can do that stuff with teh online designer.
The front end of the designer should have more (Free) pre-loaded high quality art available to all DN users. This would help many DN users become more successful.
I do not have the time or people power capacity to produce all of the HIGH QUALITY artwork required to be competitve, nor do I have the $ to pay for it as a start-up company.
This should just be a part of the base software offering (included in the $ montly fee), as it is for other software that is offered by the competition of DN.
This is a critical selling feature of the designer, which should mean setting up all DN users for success.
I think that totally re-engineering this design offering and category approach is critical.
To put it very simply -
If someone were to shop at my store hosted by DN and shop at a store hosted by DN competition - that person would more than likely purchase a product from the competitors site based on the quality of designs available.
It would be awesome if we could use themes the way Joomla or Wordpress uses them. For instance www.themeforest.com could provide us with thousands of themes if they could work into the deco platform easier.
More modules for other processes like laser engraving, etc.
