DN Support Ratings
Will you please change your support rating system to ask 2 separate questions?
1. Please rate your experience with you Support Represenative (or something to that effect)?
2. Are you satisfied with the answer DN provided on your issue?
I am guessing your rating system is not accurate. I am also guessing that your Support Representatives have compensation tied to their ratings.
Here is why it is not accurate.
Most of my experiences with DN Support Reps are awesome.
DN technicians are generally well trained and know their stuff. Many times they are messengers delivering content from Development or the Catalog Team that may not meet expectations, My ratings do reflect my optinions of the contaent because the Customer Support Technician does not deserve it.
The feedback you receive will be more actionable bc it will tell you if you have Customer Service/Technician Training vs. Product Functionality challenges....or to say that in a more positive way satisfaction:)
Not sure if an idea is the right place to put this.
it would be great to incorporate pantone matching within the online designer so customers can easily call out / browse pantone color swatches. This would really come in handy for screen printing.
since we cant create our own can we get deco to create some more products with 3d rendering (and maybe give the mugs a facelift)
stubby holders would be great! customers want to see exactly what they are buying.
Deco does not have a mug design template that is worth a damn.
The 3D rendering option is OK, but the preview image sucks. It doesn't even come close to fitting the mug and is VERY misleading to what the customer might receive. I asked a group of people from my church to review the image, and nine out of ten said they would most likely not complete the purchase based on their concerns of what the final product might look like.
The '3 in a row side mug' option works but is prehistoric in comparison to what our competition is offering.
I NEED SOMETHING I COULD BE PROUD OF.
Take a look at the ShutterFly site...
1) Try this link www.shutterfly.com/photo-gifts/ceramic+m...categoryCode=1119809
2) Select a mug and click "Personalize"
3) Add some images to the existing design and click "Preview"
I think you will appreciate what you see.
I would be willing to bet that Deco's "top notch team of designers" could re-create the Shutter Fly template in a day or two and would reap HUGE rewards from doing so in both customer satisfaction and sales commission.
Let me know what you think.
I'd like to see the 50 decorated product limit removed when cloning a store. Alternatively, an export/import process for decorated products would be helpful.
I have many new affiliates that sign-up, create a basic store based around the default template and then nothing! I think a step-by-step video just for new affiliates would be a big help in getting them to build their store and add products.
