Ok, quick explanation. You, as the fulfilment center owner can now enforce affiliate stores to validate their email address before they can start managing their store
In your fulfilment centre, go to Global Store Dettings → Configure Store Options.
A new option has been added under the General store settings area called “Validate email through signup”, tick this.
Next time an affiliate store is created through your network, the customer will have to validate their email address before managing the store.
