DecoNetwork offers 19 distinct roles to assign to staff accounts, with more to come. These include:
- Administrator: Admin role has access to all areas of the system
- Websites Manager: Has access to Websites section of Admin area. Can manage all websites, create new websites and campaigns.
- Web Developer: Has access to manage the primary website for the account, with the same functionality as a store owner.
- Products Manager: Has access to Products section of Admin area. Can manage catalog selection, edit and create products.
- Stock Designs Manager: Has access to Stock Designs.
- Decoration Process Manager: Has access to Decoration Processes section of Admin area. Can manage decoration processes configuration, including setting availability and pricing.
- Marketing Manager: Has access to Marketing section of Admin area. Can create coupons, gift certificates and manage customer sync integrations.
- Settings Manager: Has access to Settings section of Admin area. Can access all settings except Payment Methods.
- Payment Methods Manager: Has access to Settings > Payment Methods section in Admin area. Can create/manage manual payment methods, and configure payment gateways.
- Reports Manager: Has access to Reports section of Admin area. Can export all available reports.
- Sales Manager: A Sales Manager can access orders/quotes in Business Hub and can assign them to anyone in the sales team.
- Sales Team Member: A Sales staff account can only access orders/quotes in Business Hub that are assigned to them.
- Production Manager: A Production Manager can process all production items, or can assign them to anyone in the production team.
- Production Team Member: A Production staff account can only process production items assigned to them.
- Artwork Manager: Can process any artwork approval and assign artwork jobs to artwork team members. Can also access Stock Designs section of Admin area and upload designs or create them in the template builder.
- Artwork Team Member: An Artwork staff account can process any artwork approvals assigned to them.
- Purchasing: A Purchasing staff account can access and manage purchase orders in Business Hub and can view outstanding orders.
- Shipping: A Shipping staff account can only access shipping functions in Business Hub.
