As the owner and founder of The ColorPop Print Studio, Jessica Sanchez makes her bones predominantly as an outsourcer and has found tremendous success doing so.

As the owner and founder of the ColorPop Print Studio, Sanchez makes her bones predominantly as an outsourcer and has found tremendous success doing so.

Sanchez is a proud DecoNetwork subscriber since 2019 and recently chatted with us about how the software has helped her business grow over the past three years.

“When I saw the fact that I could create stores within DecoNetwork, that’s where I was sold,” Sanchez said. “I knew that my target market and who I was going to reach to were going to be those small businesses. I also wanted to make sure that there was an easy flow because there were going to be orders coming in from all different directions and I was going to be able to manage that backend (in DecoNetwork).”

Outsourcing allows Sanchez to offer every major decoration option including screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-garment, and direct-to-film.

All of her screen printing and embroidery orders are outsourced fully and she’s currently doing in-house direct-to-garment, as well as pressing DTF transfers.

She has created stores for her clients and uses DecoNetwork to manage all of her orders.

That keeps her business running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

“I was trying to find a CRM, but then something that was also going to help me manage my orders,” Sanchez said. “That was one thing that we did not do so well in my previous company. Everything was on paper. Things could get lost, or we could forget something. Since I’ve gotten DecoNetwork, we have not had a missed order yet because the backend system is so great.”
